Ms. Ching Man has a B.S. in chemistry and an M.S. in physics. She is currently working on her physics Ph.D and has tutored chemistry, physics and math at college level for nearly ten years in addition to SAT tutoring for high school students. Her approach to tutoring is working through problems to learn how to solve them, and prioritizing content in practice over memorization so that a student can effectively apply knowledge over multiple subject areas. Ms. Ching Man enjoys plant and bird photography, word puzzles, solving problems and video games.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of lessons requires 24 hours notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 23 hours will be charged a USD10 fee unless the teacher waives the fee for her/his students.

Amazing teacher!

Ms. Coral is the math teacher for our two elementary school children, and we are incredibly grateful for her. First Grader Now Loves Math

Cantonese class with Dr. Kit

Our 7 year old son has been a student of Dr. Kit for about a year. He attends her Cantonese classes with his friends on a weekly basis. Dr. Kit comes highly recommended by our friend. She is kind, patient and engaging. Through readings, maths, storytelling, songs and games; our son has shown amazing progress! He is no longer shy to speak the language, and was even able to do a short presentation at the end of the year. Dr. Kit also organizes fun traditional festival celebrations, gatherings and outings where kids put their learnings in practical use. It is wonderful for us to meet other parents and students too. Highly recommend Coral Lohsi!

We've really appreciated Coral Lohsi as my kids' Cantonese math teacher. My 3rd grader likes that the math is more challenging than the math he does in school, that she integrates characters that he likes into the word problems, and that she is very nice and patient.
