CAMathories® Folktale Mathematics™ Series Curriculum
Online and in-person classes with Dr. Helen Bradford and Dr. Kit Cheung

CAMathories® takes folktales from different parts of the world to teach young children fundamental mathematics principles, incorporating literacy through the power of folk storytelling. Our approach engages young children’s emotional and cognitive senses, giving them confidence and ensuring that they feel comfortable and engaged as they learn through a meaningful context (story).

She taught at the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge, UK for 13+ years. Dr. Helen has trained pre-service teachers and supervised masters and doctoral students. • New! CAMathories Cantonese Immersion Class (online and in-person)
Cantonese is spoken by more than 80 million people worldwide and is considered to be a hard-to-learn language. Yet, if children start to learn Cantonese in the early years, it can help them to “exercise” their brains. Students learn the basic principles of math, logic, and reasoning, and learn Cantonese in a fun and engaging way. Dr. Kit Cheung is a native Cantonese speaker and has taught British professional expatriates Cantonese in Hong Kong since the early 1990s.
